TO ORDER
After selecting font style and fragrance, please write the INITIAL or NAME in Additional Notes during checkout and your preferred text colour. Default text colour is black, if no text colour advised, text will be black.

I will be in contact prior to production of order so you may approve artwork, thank you.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
As our name soy candles are carefully handmade, please allow between 3-5 days for us to create your order.

Please note that our processing times may vary based on current order volume, but we strive to fulfill orders quickly. If you require your order sooner, kindly leave a note in the checkout section, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Order collection is available from Wollert (3750), or you can choose a flat rate delivery option at check out.

CANDLE CARE
Each time soy candle is lit, melt wax across diameter to edges, approx 2-4hrs and trim wick to 5mm, discontinue use when 1cm wax remains, never leave burning candle unattended.
